Job Description

As an HR Analyst, you will support the HR department in recruitment, data management, compliance, employee relations, and other HR initiatives. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations and enhancing organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, facilitating onboarding, and overseeing probation reviews.
  • Collect, analyze, and manage HR data using Oracle systems to ensure accurate reporting and support decision-making.
  • Consolidate payroll data and coordinate with the finance team for accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Assist in updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with JAFZA labor laws, and maintaining compliance registers.
  • Address employee grievances, participate in disciplinary meetings, and provide guidance to managers on employee relations and performance management.
  • Drive employee engagement surveys, implement action plans, and support mid-year and annual performance reviews.
  • Assist in talent planning, including succession planning, retention, and development initiatives.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects as needed, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Qualifications
  • 2 to 3 years of HR experience with strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR systems.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
