You'll act as a consultant to management, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective implementation of HR practices and policies.

What You’ll Do:
  • Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary. Partner with leaders on employee engagement and work with stakeholders to create engagement initiatives.
  • Talent Management: Oversee employee onboarding and off‑boarding, and facilitate exit interviews.
  • Performance Management: Support performance management reviews, help managers set goals, have intentional conversations, and advise on development plans.
  • Organizational Development: Support organizational change initiatives, providing guidance.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across the Middle East and Turkey.
  • HR Metrics: Analyse HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Training and Development: Work with leaders to identify training needs for employees and coordinate learning and development programs with our global learning teams to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • HR Projects: Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or a similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and regulations in the Middle East and Turkey.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proven experience in talent management and employee relations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite, PowerBI and PowerApps a plus.
  • SHRM or CIPD certification is preferred.
