Job Purpose

The HR Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives that support the organization’s long‑term growth and talent needs. This role ensures the attraction, development and retention of top talent while fostering a high‑performance inclusive workplace culture. The HR Manager will partner closely with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, strengthen employer branding and maintain full compliance with HR policies and legal standards.

Requirements, Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience with substantial experience in senior leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment with a proven track record of hiring skilled and talented professionals across multiple domains.
