Were looking for a passionate and proactive HR Specialist whos excited to go beyond traditional HR operations. This role is perfect for someone who not only executes processes flawlessly but also challenges the status quo brings fresh thinking and takes ownership of HR projects that enhance employee experience and operational excellence.

Youll be a key part of ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle from offer to exit while driving improvements in how we onboard engage and support our people. If youre a go-getter who enjoys solving problems working with diverse teams and exploring digital ways of working this role will give you both ownership and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding ensuring a seamless and professional employee experience.
  • Prepare and manage offer letters contracts and documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
  • DriveHR digitalization by optimizing processes exploring automation opportunities and supporting HR technology and data initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee data across HRIS systems ensuring integrity and insightful reporting.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Payroll IT Finance and regional HR teams to deliver smooth integrations and process consistency.
  • Contribute ideas and implement improvements that enhance employee experience operational efficiency and data quality.
  • Prepare and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve people outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees responding with empathy professionalism and accountability in a multicultural environment.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR operations onboarding/offboarding or HRIS (preferably Workday).
  • Understanding of HR processes and familiarity with UAE labor law.
  • Demonstrated ability to own processes propose improvements and drive change.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with employees and stakeholders.
  • Curious agile and eager to learn across HR disciplines.
  • Having a growth mindset positive energy and the confidence to challenge the status quo constructively.
