Overview
The HR Executive is responsible for managing and executing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and other HR-related tasks. They work closely with HR managers and other departments to support the organization's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs; develop and implement recruitment strategies, including job posting, sourcing, and interviewing; facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and solutions; mediate conflicts and foster positive employee relations; conduct investigations and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems; monitor and review employee performance; develop and execute improvement plans as needed.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs within the organization; coordinate and organize training programs; track employee development and career progression.
- Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies; update and maintain the employee handbook; provide guidance on HR-related legal issues.
- Benefits and Compensation: Administer employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans; participate in salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- HR Data Management: Maintain and update HR databases and records; generate HR reports and analytics for management.
- Employee Engagement and Culture: Contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master\'s degree or HR certification is a plus).
- Proven experience in an HR role, with a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
