A leading HR service provider in Dubai is looking for a seasoned HR professional to oversee core HR functions. The candidate will lead recruitment, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR policies. Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and a strategic mindset are essential. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and has at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
