Job summary

A recruitment firm in Dubai seeks a Recruiter to manage recruitment cycles across various sectors, including Healthcare, Construction, and Hospitality. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of UAE recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles across assigned industries (Healthcare Real Estate/Construction Hospitality).
  • Source screen and shortlist qualified candidates using job portals social channels and internal databases.
  • Coordinate interviews follow-ups salary discussions and offer closures.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
  • Partner closely with clients to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Maintain ATS/CRM accuracy and deliver weekly recruitment reports.
  • Ensure a smooth professional and timely candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on UAE labor market trends and industryul>
    Requirements
