We’re looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter who knows the Egyptian tech market inside out and can help us attract the talent that powers our growth. What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle hiring for engineering and tech roles across Egypt (Alexandria), Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and other locations.
• Build strong talent pipelines, especially in Egypt’s fast-growing tech scene.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define roles, advise on market realities, and improve our hiring process.
• Represent Sana Commerce with energy — you’ll excite candidates about our culture, mission, and international journey.
• Drive continuous improvement: new sourcing tactics, smarter processes, better candidate experience.
