Join Sana Commerce as we continue to grow internationally. We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who can confidently hire top talent across EMEA and the Americas—especially for our Revenue teams. If you’re a relationship‑builder with strong market insight and you love turning hiring challenges into success stories, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment for Revenue (Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success and Partner) and other roles.
  • Build strong talent pipelines across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to shape role profiles, advise on global market conditions, and optimize hiring decisions.
  • Represent Sana Commerce with energy — engaging candidates with our culture, mission, and international growth story.
  • Improve how we recruit: enhance processes, refine sourcing strategies, and elevate the candidate experience.

What You Bring
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruiting across multiple regions (EMEA and Americas).
