In this role, you will be responsible for leading core HR functions that shape and support the organization’s people strategy. You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation, ensuring compliance and consistency across the business. You will partner closely with leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and culture initiatives, providing guidance rooted in strong judgment and HR expertise. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, along with exceptional communication and emotional intelligence to support employees and managers effectively.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead recruitment and hiring for key and senior roles.

  • Manage HR reporting and analytics to guide decisions.
  • Protect confidentiality and maintain high ethical standards in all people matters.
