OnTime Group is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in managing human resources operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes within OnTime Healthcare. You will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and other HR functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
  • Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance and support to managers and employees
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Thorough knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and procedures
