Our client, a multinational technology company, is seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to oversee the smooth running of their office operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask effectively, and takes initiative to manage administrative and operational functions independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-maintained workspace
- Act as the main point of contact for office facilities, supplies, and service providers
- Coordinate vendor relationships and liaise with building management
- Manage reception duties, mail handling, and office logistics
- Oversee company-related government transactions and licensing, particularly within DMCC
- Support bookkeeping and reporting for office expenses
- Maintain up-to-date records of contracts, insurances, and legal documents
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and onboarding for new staff
- Ensure compliance with office policies and provide administrative support across departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in office administration, including DMCC and visa processing
- Experience with DMCC processes, procedures and systems is ESSENTIAL.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour regulations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with office procedures
- Able to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
