Fairmont The Palm is a luxury, world-class resort located on the iconic Palm Jumeirah Island in Dubai. The hotel features 391 guest rooms and suites, including Fairmont Gold rooms and lounge. The resort also boasts an expansive pool and beach area, a health club, Serenity Spa Dubai - The Art Of Well Being, and the Fairmont Falcons Kids’ Club.

1. Perform overall cleaning of the Health Club, Pool, Beach, and Bask areas, including dusting, removing soiled towels, retrieving clean linen, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, steam and sauna cleaning, replenishing supplies, and garbage removal, following Fairmont standards.
2. Attend pre-shift briefings and hand over responsibilities to the supervisor at the end of each shift.
3. Operate steam and sauna equipment, turning them on before opening and off after closing shifts.
4. Use cleaning supplies and equipment properly and report any malfunctions or issues to the supervisor.
5. Assist guests and staff courteously, offering help and information as needed.
6. Follow instructions, learn procedures, and perform routine tasks consistently.
7. Report lost and found items, equipment issues, or safety hazards immediately to security or management.
8. Maintain high grooming and uniform standards.
9. Follow all departmental policies and procedures.
10. Set up pool and beach areas with towels, sunbeds, umbrellas, and amenities before guest arrival.
11. Assist guests with seating, provide towels, and ensure the cleanliness of the pool deck, beach, and surrounding areas.
12. Manage towel inventory and assist with recreational or special events in the area.
13. Provide luxury guest service by offering refreshments, cold towels, and other amenities.
14. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

1. Experience in a luxury hotel environment is desirable but not essential.
2. High School diploma, vocational training, or at least 1 year of work experience.
3. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
4. Friendly, pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
5. High standards of personal cleanliness and grooming; previous fitness center experience is a plus.
6. CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.
7. Strong communication and organizational skills.
