  • Handle scheduling, appointments, and meeting room bookings.
  • Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations for internal use.
  • Support event teams with administrative coordination (vendor communication, file management, basic logistics).
  • Maintain records of office supplies and coordinate procurement as required.
  • Assist HR and Operations teams in basic data entry and record-keeping tasks.
  • Coordinate courier services, mail distribution, and other office logistics.
  • Ensure confidentiality of company and client information.
Skills
