A trading company in Dubai is seeking an office administrator to handle general administrative tasks, manage communications, and support sales and logistics teams. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Business Administration and 1–2 years of experience, with proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills. A positive, detail-oriented attitude is essential.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an office or administrative role (preferably in trading/manufacturing sector)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
