Job Description : Accounting & Administrative Assistant

This position covers a broad range of administrative, accounting, and basic HR support duties, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. The accounting work will be coordinated with external accounting and service providers, so in-depth technical expertise is not required — only a clear understanding of accounting processes and attention to accuracy. We value individuals who are diligent, honest, and responsible, and who can contribute to building the company’s local operations from the ground up.

Administrative Duties
  • Support all general administrative tasks related to company setup and day-to-day office operations.
  • Prepare and manage internal documents, reports, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate with external service providers such as accounting, legal, or administrative firms as required.
  • Assist with basic HR-related matters including employee records, onboarding, and attendance tracking.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between the Abu Dhabi office and the headquarters.
  • Perform multiple administrative tasks efficiently and proactively.
Accounting Support
  • Liaise with external accounting firms to request, review, and update financial data.
  • Input or revise accounting information as instructed by the headquarters.
  • Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and expense documents.
  • Provide administrative assistance for accounting reports and audits when necessary.
Requirements
  • 3–8 years of experience in accounting and/ or administrative work.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Diligent, honest, and positive attitude toward work.
  • Must be able to work and reside in Abu Dhabi.
Working Conditions

Expected Date of Recruitment : November 2025 / Negotiable

Salary : Salary depending on experience and skills

Term of the Contract : 6 months’ probation period, after that yearly base contract

Working Hours : 8 hours / day, 08 : 00-17 : 00 (or 09 : 00-18 : 00)
