Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and various departments, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Assist in project management and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Managing Properties & Rent Agreements including Maintenance works for MD's Personal Properties.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
