Tech Customer Support Analyst – Bitso Business | Crypto & Fintech

As a Tech Customer Support Analyst, you will support API integrations and operations for Bitso Business customers. Your role involves:
Analyzing operational data and troubleshooting technical issues.
Automating manual processes and optimizing workflows.
Ensuring seamless API integrations and improving system performance.
Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Your insights will drive key business decisions and continuous improvement across our business platform.
Manage day-to-day technical support and operations monitoring to ensure system reliability.
Assist customers with API integrations in both staging and production environments.
Work with Product and Engineering to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Escalate and track incidents/bugs until resolution.
Troubleshoot transactional issues to maintain a high-quality customer experience.
Enhance B2B integration processes to improve accuracy and error prevention.
Support implementation of new tools, systems, and processes to streamline operations.
Provide recommendations for operational scalability and efficiency.
️ Fluent in English (written & spoken).
️ 2+ years of experience in Tech Customer Support or a similar role.
️ Knowledge of API integrations, technical documentation, and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL).
️ Strong problem-solving skills—ability to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
️ Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
️ Organized, communicative, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
️ Knowledge of cryptocurrency, fintech, or blockchain technology is a plus!
