A premium hotel chain in Dubai is looking for a Guest Service Officer - Reception to create memorable experiences for guests. The ideal candidate will have a service-focused personality, preferably with hospitality education and experience. Responsibilities include checking guests in and out, addressing requests, and promoting hotel facilities. Fluency in English is necessary, and knowledge of software systems like Opera is preferred.
