Executive Assistant/Office Manager (UAE National) | Dubai, UAE

We are partnering with a client in the renewable energy sector to hire a UAEN Office Manager & Executive Assistant. They are looking for a dynamic professional to lead their Abu Dhabi office and act as a trusted executive partner to the CEO. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to life-changing initiatives while shaping the UAE presence of a global organization.

Your Mission

Lead the setup and day-to-day management of the Abu Dhabi office, ensuring it operates efficiently and aligns with global objectives. Serve as the primary liaison with UAE government entities, oversee compliance with strategic partnerships, and drive operational excellence across the UAE hub.

You will also provide executive support to the CEO, coordinate meetings, prepare strategic documents, organize occasional travel or events, and foster a culture of integrity and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage the Abu Dhabi office: finalize office space, manage vendors and budgets, implement operational systems and controls.
  • Liaise with government entities and ensure compliance with partnership requirements.
  • Track operational KPIs and incentive milestones.
  • Provide executive support to the CEO: scheduling, strategic documents, and planning.
  • Build strong relationships with partners, investors, and regulators.
  • Champion operational excellence and innovation within the UAE hub.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Only UAE Nationals will be considered for this role.
  • 4+ years in executive support, office management, or operations leadership, including UAE government liaison (PRO) experience. Familiarity with government incentive programs such as ADIO is a plus.
  • B.A. in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Strong project coordination, stakeholder engagement, budget oversight. Proficiency in MS 365 or Google Workspace. Excellent English and Arabic (written and verbal); and/or French a plus.
