A diversified regional business is seeking a CRM Data Analyst to execute marketing campaigns across brands. You'll manage email and SMS communications, optimize performance, and collaborate with various stakeholders. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of CRM data analysis experience and a strong ability to work under pressure. This role is based in Dubai, UAE, with expectations for effective teamwork and positive engagement with customers.

TheCRM Data Analyst is responsible for the precise and on‑time execution of marketing campaigns across multiple brands. The role requires strong interdepartmental coordination to ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed about CRM business developments. Success in this role involves managing vendor relationships and optimising the performance of email and SMS channels to boost customer engagement and revenue.
