Résumé du poste
A leading workforce solutions provider in the UAE is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide advisory HR support, manage payroll operations, and enhance employee engagement through effective policies and initiatives. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years' experience, a degree in Human Resources, and expertise in UAE labour laws. This role is critical for aligning HR practices with business needs in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a strategic HR Business Partner role.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex employee relations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Responsabilités
- Provide oversight for payroll operations ensuring accuracy.
- Build trust-based relationships with managers and teams.
- Guide development of HR policies in compliance with UAE laws.
