Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as an HR Generalist with prior HRBP experience.

• CIPD qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Co-create the HR strategy and annual HR plan with business stakeholders.
• Lead induction, succession planning, retention strategies, and performance management.
• Partner with Group Training to deliver annual training plans.
