Job summary

A leading recruitment service provider in the UAE is seeking an HR Operations Officer to manage HR processes such as onboarding, payroll coordination, and adherence to UAE labor regulations. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, with 3-5 years of HR operations experience in the UAE. Strong knowledge of HRMS systems and exceptional organizational skills are required to succeed in this role. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic HR environment.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or administration in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and familiarity with government HR procedures.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute core HR processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees.
  • Collect, verify, and submit payroll inputs for processing.
  • Manage leave requests and attendance reporting.
  • Support coordination with government systems for employment processes.
  • Assist with HR audits and compliance reports.
