Job summary

A leading technology firm in Sharjah is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee HR administrative functions, ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, and manage the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration, 5+ years of experience in HR operations, and strong knowledge of UAE labor law. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage HRIS and payroll systems effectively.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations or HR administration.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor law, visa regulations, and HR compliance.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR administrative operations, including employee records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, attendance, and leave management.
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Handle visa, work permit, and labor law compliance for employees in the UAE.
  • Manage HR systems and maintain data integrity.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management.
