Job summary

A global infrastructure leader in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Government Relations Specialist. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between the organization and government agencies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. You will develop relationships with government officials, monitor labor law changes, and provide guidance on HR-related issues. Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in HR and government relations, preferably in the UAE.
  • Experience working with government agencies and regulatory bodies.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the liaison between the organization and government agencies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government officials.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies.

Skills

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Fluency in English and Arabic

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration or related field
