Partner Business Manager / Graduate Development Program

This role has been designed as ‘Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

• You will be part of an industry-leading organization, promoting HPE’s portfolio of products and solutions to customers.
• You will partner with Presales Teams to build strong relationships for opportunities and projects.
• You will visit customers in a “shadow” role to build your consultative skills and uncover customer needs.
• You will develop presentation and personal networking skills from worldwide experts.
• You will learn how to price deals and build the commercial construct.
• You will learn outcome-based selling focused on customers’ workloads.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s program pursuing a degree in information systems, engineering, computer science, mathematics, or related fields.
• Experience or interest in sales and a passion for technology.
• Excellent relationship-building skills at all levels and solution-focused discussions.
