A growing e-commerce business is seeking a proactive Business Manager to oversee their Dubai operations. The role involves managing local staff, recruiting new team members, and ensuring effective communication with the UK headquarters. Candidates should have at least 5 years of management experience and strong English communication skills. This position requires residency in Dubai and involves working aligned with UK hours. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager in Dubai to manage our expanding team. This role will involve overseeing local operations, recruiting and managing staff, and ensuring seamless communication with our UK headquarters. The Business Manager will work UK-aligned hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m. UK time), which means working afternoons and evenings in Dubai.
This is a great opportunity for a proactive leader who is ready to take on a central role in building and managing our Dubai team as we grow.
All initital interviews will be held by google meets whcih will follow in a face to face interview if successfull.
Please note all applicants must have expereince of an e-commerce business, and have the ability to be quick learner and understand uk consumer laws
