Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other channels.
Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities with potential clients.
Gain in‑depth knowledge of ICRA's rating services (training provided) to effectively communicate their value and benefits.
Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the value of credit rating services.
Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to close sales and achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Track and report on sales activities, results, and forecasts to ensure accurate and timely monitoring of sales performance.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential customers, and competitive insights.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quotas, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long‑term business relationships.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and company developments through ongoing training and meetings.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Additional certifications in sales, finance, or relevant industry programs are an advantage.
Experience
Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the financial services or credit rating industry.
Demonstrated track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand and present complex financial services in a clear and compelling manner.
