Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, fund distribution, or investment advisory.
• Strong experience working with UHNW/HNW clients in the UAE and/or Europe.
• Track record of investor management, capital raising, portfolio growth, or fund distribution in financial services.
• Knowledge of ESG investing, Islamic finance, or alternative investments is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French, Spanish, or German would be advantageous.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to help establish and grow a representative office function.

Responsibilities

• Drive investor acquisition and capital raising for high-value residential and hospitality property projects.
• Manage and expand relationships with UHNW and HNW investors across the UAE, Europe, and global markets.
• Advise clients on structured property investment opportunities integrating knowledge of alternative investments and wealth planning.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms to promote developments.
• Prepare and deliver tailored investment proposals and presentations to clients and partners.
• Work closely with the development and sales teams to align offerings with investor needs.
• Monitor market trends to inform strategy and enhance client engagement.
