Job summary

A leading construction solutions company is seeking a Regional Manager for Sales to oversee business development across multiple countries. Responsibilities include leading the sales team, managing large projects, and developing strategic customer accounts. Candidates should have a Master’s degree and excellent communication skills in English and Arabic. This role offers a dynamic work environment in Dubai with potential for regional travel.

Qualifications

  • At least a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and/or Civil Engineering Degree.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Customer focused, team player, and results oriented.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team.
  • Roll-out sales and business development objectives in line with yearly Budget and five-year plan.
  • Supervise sales activities and negotiations of large projects.
  • Develop Dextra network of fabricators and distributors.
  • Manage the team of sales professionals for specific area/product.
