Our client is looking for dynamic and results-oriented candidates for a permanent full-time position of Real Estate Sales Director based in Dubai United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the expanding real estate sales team;
  • Supervise onboarding processes of new sales managers and real estate agents;
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans;
  • Guide and manage business activities of sales managers and real estate agents;
  • Build and maintain key client relationships;
  • Ensure team compliance with RERA and DLD guidelines.

  • Proven real estate sales leadership experience in Dubai;
  • People management including onboarding of new employees guiding and monitoring work of sales managers and real estate agents;
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
  • Knowledge of Dubais real estate market trends and regulations;
  • Bachelors degree in Sales Business or Marketing (relevant certifications a plus).
