Key Responsibilities:

• Manage CCO's calendar and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the CCO
• Organize and maintain documents and files.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
• Manage and arrange travel and accommodation for the CCO

Manage and coordinate the submission of documents requiring the CCO's approval, including sales updates, leave applications, and other official communications.

Oversee the processing and routing of Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) for review by the Contracts Department, ensuring timely and accurate handling.

Support team admins with daily tasks and help as needed.

• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high levels of confidentiality.

Any other tasks requested by the CCO.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in a senior-level PA or Executive Assistant role
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure.
• High emotional intelligence and professional maturity, with the ability to handle confidential information and complex interpersonal dynamics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A solutions-oriented approach, with a bias for action and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
