Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Sales Insurance Agent to promote and sell insurance products, including general insurance. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent client relationship abilities, and a focus on meeting individual and team sales targets.
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Promote and sell insurance policies tailored to clients needs.
- Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and terms clearly to clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and claims processes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and leads in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- High school diploma or Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
