Overview

Work for a reputed IT services organization that has been in the market for the last 3 decades and growing rapidly across the GCC. Our client values an exciting culture and work life balance. Our client has been growing rapidly across the globe and believes in meeting and exceeding client expectations. Due to the rapid growth we are currently seeking an experienced Sr. Account Manager to join the team. This is a newly created role and the role reports to the Sales Director. You can either be placed in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the operational aspects of the business including the financials, budgets and targets.
  • Updating the clients in relation to the progress of the project.
  • Building new business cases for the IT solutions and the infrastructure.
  • Focused on increasing brand awareness.
  • Product pricing and margins.
  • Identifying potential opportunities and simplifying the processes.
  • Delegating the responsibilities in the office and efficient running of the office.
  • Attendance, expenses and performance management.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years account management experience with IT infrastructure and solutions.
  • You will have exceptional account management skills.
  • Arabic speaking skills is a must.
  • Excellent attention to detail and knowledge in CRM will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
