You will play a key role in developing the LEGO brand in Saudi Arabia and will be responsible for implementing tailored account plans and building strong relationships with trade partners and wholesalers. Core Responsibilities
  • Create and implement a tailored channel strategy for bricks-and-mortar accounts in Saudi Arabia focusing on grocery toy specialists, department stores and gaming stores.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers and the Saudi wholesale partner ensuring effective communication and collaboration to meet joint business objectives.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts for consumer sales and sell‑in ensuring optimal stock levels and inventory management practices to minimize stock‑outs and excess inventory.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct weekly analysis of consumer sales data and stock intake providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions and enhance campaign performance.
  • Elevate brand presence in trade through effective marketing initiatives targeting both kids and adults leveraging monthly drive period campaigns and key local occasions.
  • Define and document operational processes in collaboration with the Saudi partner establishing clear roles, expectations and communication protocols to drive effective account management.
  • Stay informed on market trends, consumer behaviours and competitor activities within Saudi Arabia to continuously adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

The Bricks & Mortar KAM plays an important commercial role for the Middle East & Africa Business Unit collaborating across all business functions: Sales, Marketing, Operations and wider teams.

Specifically the role sits within the MEA Wholesale & Distributor channel within the Sales function. The other channels are LEGO Branded Channel, eCommerce and Brick & Mortar. The role reports directly to the Head of Wholesale & Distributor Channel.

Do you have what it takes
  • Experience in Account management & development in Bricks & Mortar sector; international brand experience is preferable.
  • In‑depth knowledge of commercial processes.
  • Strong resilience and ability to deal with workload demands, ambiguity and challenges. Persistence in negotiations with partners.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to drive transformative change in the Saudi Arabia channel landscape.
  • Able to set up and implement a sound business plan with clear business financial and growth targets and individual accountabilities.
  • Willingness for occasional travel to Saudi Arabia, wider Middle East region and Europe.
  • Business proficient in English; Arabic is an advantage.
