Foreground is partnering with a leading production house company specializing in printing booths manufacturing and branding solutions based in the UAE to find experienced and dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives.

Role Overview:

A highly motivated Sales Executive with a passion for sales and a proven ability to identify opportunities, close deals and build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will focus on selling printing solutions booths and event production services to businesses across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and target potential clients across various industries to generate new business.
  • Promote the companys full range of products and services including printing solutions booth designs, event production and branding.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction and identify additional needs.
Proposal Development & Negotiation:
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations that meet client requirements.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing and other agreements to secure profitable deals.
  • Work closely with the production and design teams to ensure project feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and market demands to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback and market trends to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain quality standards.
  • Provide accurate and detailed project briefs to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
  • Work closely with the branding and events teams to offer clients comprehensive solutions.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience preferably within the printing, events or production industries.
  • Strong knowledge of printing solutions, booth production and event services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
