Job summary
A leading marketing firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategies and manage campaigns. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in marketing leadership, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in digital marketing. Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred. This role offers the opportunity to be a key player in a dynamic marketing environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in digital marketing including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies and tactics to promote the company and drive traffic.
- Deploy marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

Marketing manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role you should have hands‑on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation content curation pay-per-click campaigns event management publicity social media lead generation campaigns copywriting and performance analysis.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players agencies and vendors.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns gain insight and assess against goals.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
- EstablishAnalyze customer insights consumer trends market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role

- Experience in event planning and management
- Bachelor/masters degree in marketing business administration or related field
- Experience in the real estate hospitality or travel industry is a plus.
