This role oversees all marketing activities including digital marketing, advertising, promotions, events and market research ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer behavior to identify opportunities.
- Set clear KPIs and track marketing performance against goals.
Brand Management & Promotion
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels including print, digital and in-store.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, social media content, campaigns and advertisements.
- Manage collaborations with influencers, partners or media outlets to enhance brand exposure.
Digital Marketing
- Lead digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns and paid ads.
- Analyze digital campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results.
- Manage website content updates and online store promotions (if applicable).
Events & Activations
- Plan and execute marketing events, product launches and in-store promotions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and agencies to ensure event success.
Budget Management
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Monitor marketing expenses and ensure campaigns stay within budget.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and support the marketing team (if applicable).
- Coordinate with sales, retail and other departments to align marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
