Job summary
A leading automotive company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced sales professional to manage customer interactions in the showroom and during sales calls. Candidates should possess 3–5 years of experience in automotive retail sales, excellent customer service skills, and preferably be bilingual in Arabic and English. This role requires a proactive personality with a strong focus on meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of solid experience in automotive retail sales in the UAE market.
- Good knowledge of automobile sales gained through formal training or work experience.
Responsibilities
- Carry out sales in accordance with pre‑agreed targets.
- Prepare and maintain call reports and advise the Manager.
- Report on performance data comparing actual with targeted performance.
- Attend to customers and initiate the sales process.
- Maintain close contact with prospects and make sales calls.
- Ensure accurate completion of all vehicle transaction details.
- Provide highest degree of customer service and satisfaction.
