Provides financial services to meet client-specific needs by promoting, marketing, and selling Financial Solutions in accordance with relevant legislation, to meet sales targets and achieve strategic business objectives.

1. Sales Target: Proactively make self-initiated contact with customers to deliver against sales targets.
2. Collaboration: Seek to improve ways of working by challenging the status quo, supporting an empowering climate within the team, sharing knowledge, experience, best practices, and providing constructive feedback.
3. Compliance and Risk Management: Fulfill all activities adhering to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards.
4. Customer Experience: Provide service excellence to achieve customer satisfaction.

Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies.
