Job summary
A leading bank in South Africa is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee a national sales team. Successful candidates will drive sales strategy, ensuring operational excellence and optimal customer experience. A minimum of 8-10 years in management, particularly in the Rental Industry, is required. This role calls for strong interpersonal, negotiation, and selling skills.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years relevant management experience in a corporate sales environment.
- Experience managing a large national sales team.
- Experience in the Rental Industry required; banking and vehicle finance experience advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Custodian for sales operational excellence and optimal sales/service experience.
- Drive the sales strategy and manage end-to-end supplier relationships.
