We are looking for a proactive and organised Inbound & Outbound Sales Agent to join our team. This role suits someone who excels in customer communication, enjoys managing both sales and service processes, and thrives in a service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide accurate information on services, contracts, and maintenance.
  • Perform outbound sales activities, including contacting customers for contract renewals, upgrades, and service follow-ups.
  • Manage warranty expiry notifications and service cover reminders.
  • Coordinate maintenance contract renewals and ensure timely outbound follow-up communication.
  • Oversee after-service processes, including repairs, installations, and customer updates.
  • Re-engage dormant accounts to maximise customer retention and drive additional sales.
  • Send asset compliance reminders (where data is available).
  • Notify customers of ageing or obsolete equipment and promote relevant service solutions.
  • Support overall customer satisfaction through proactive communication and relationship building.
  • Assist with planned service scheduling to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate seasonal readiness campaigns (e.g., winter checks for roller shutters or loading bays).
