Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and technically knowledgeable Sales Representative to operate within the irrigation, water systems, and agricultural supplies sector. This role requires a candidate with strong industry knowledge, proven sales ability, and the professionalism to manage a highly specialised and competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell and promote irrigation systems and related products to agricultural, commercial, and industrial clients.
  • Provide technical advice and solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively sourcing new business.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge and stay up to date with industry developments.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed agreed sales targets.
Minimum Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in technical sales within the irrigation, pump, water filtration, or agricultural supply industry.
  • Strong understanding of product applications, specifications, and installation requirements.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
  • Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle (essential).
