Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Key Account Manager to oversee and grow relationships with key corporate clients.

The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth while identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop relationships with key corporate accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Understand client business needs and travel requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Drive client retention and revenue growth by offering value-added services and insights.
  • Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements with clients.
  • Monitor account performance, prepare business reviews, and report on key metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably within the travel industry or corporate travel sector.
  • Strong knowledge of travel products, services, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and influence decision-makers at senior levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) will be an advantage.
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Business, Travel & Tourism, or related field preferred.
