The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a bachelor's degree preferred. Qualifications

  • 1-3 years' experience in a high-volume sales-oriented position.
  • Solid relationship building and negotiation skills to successfully close deals.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles including budgeting & forecasting.
  • Goal oriented and driven to achieve results.

Responsibilities

  • Meet / Exceed revenue goals for assigned properties.
  • Own the full sales cycle: Source and negotiate all new deals, renewals, amendments.
  • Develop strategic rent parameters for each property.
  • Execute a center-specific merchandising strategy.
