Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and motivated individual with previous management or supervisory experience to join us as a Trainee Store Manager. This role is designed to give you hands‑on exposure to all aspects of our store operations with the clear intention of stepping into a Store Manager position once training is completed.

Salary and Benefits

R12 000 per month. Benefits included.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff supervision, cash‑ups, and stock control.
  • Lead by example on the shop floor, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
  • Learn and apply company procedures for ordering, receiving, and managing stock.
  • Support staff scheduling and performance management.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation and compliance with policies.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
