A leading general insurance company is seeking candidates in Bellville, Western Cape to manage survey enquiries and related documentation in the short-term insurance sector. Candidates should have a Matric certificate, FAIS compliance at NQF level 4, and at least 2 years of experience in commercial lines. Qualifications

- Previous experience in client services environment would serve as a further advantage.
- Completion of RIA qualification.
Responsibilities
- Dealing with survey enquiries, requests and letters on commercial short-term insurance business.
- Adhering to the Survey SOP and NSP.
- Amending policies after survey reports.

- Dealing with survey enquiries, survey requests and survey letters on all commercial short-term insurance business.
- Adhering to the Survey SOP and NSP.
- Amending policies following the completion of survey reports.
- Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
- FAIS compliant: NQF level 4 (short-term insurance).
- Underwriting knowledge/experience.
- 2 years commercial lines experience in a short-term insurance environment.
- Fully computer literate (MS Office).
- Completion of RIA qualification.
- Afrikaans language preferable.
- Commercial insurance related qualification would serve as an advantage.
- Previous experience in client services environment would serve as a further advantage.
