An analysis and research firm located in Johannesburg is seeking an experienced Office Manager. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in managing teams and must possess advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Key responsibilities include organizing requisitions, managing stationery and grocery consumption, and coordinating internal resources.   • Organize PO requisitions from facility suppliers and ensure payment is made timeously

  • Order and issue stationery and allocate to projects/teams as required.
  • Ensure process flows are completed for stationery, groceries, telecoms, driver log and supplier onboarding
  • Ensure all staff are trained to complete their own timesheets
  • Coordinate internal and external resources and cultivate relationships with vendors

Knowledge and Skills:

Education

  • Tertiary Qualification advantageous


Experience

  • Advanced in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
  • Minimum 6 years related working experience managing a Team as an Office Manager
  • Strong time management and people skills, high degree of flexibility and excellent ,multi tasking ability
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
