Overview

Summary: We are seeking a highly professional and dynamic temporary Executive Assistant to join the Rivonia-based, head office team. This pivotal role supports company leadership while ensuring the smooth running of the office environment. This role requires 100% on-site working.

This is a 3-month fixed term contract and is available right now.

Your primary responsibility is to provide high-level administrative and operational support to leadership while fostering a productive and professional office environment. You will work closely with executives, line managers, and staff to ensure seamless coordination across departments and contribute to the strategic goals of the business.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in PA and office administration within a corporate environment
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Zulu or Xhosa language skills will be an added advantage (but not limited to)
  • Valid driver\'s license and own car.
  • Open to SA Citizens only. Clean criminal history
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitor industry growth and market trends to support executive decision-making and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Coordinate outreach efforts by assisting with event planning, managing digital communications, and maintaining referral and contact databases.
  • Support lead generation and client engagement processes by organising meetings, tracking follow-ups, and maintaining CRM systems.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between management and operational teams, contributing insights on market positioning, promotional activities, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Diary management, email handling, filing, statutory and secretarial work, meeting coordination and minute-taking.
  • Office management: oversee receptionist and cleaner, maintain a functional and positive office culture.
  • Travel coordination and company event planning (e.g. conferences, annual Christmas party).
  • Manage company fuel cards, budgets, CRM system, and employee / contract lists.
