MILNERTON (CPT) - South Africa

REPORTS to: Owner

EMPLOYEMENT TERMS: Full Time Employment

Trading Hours

• Monday to Thursday 08:00am - 17:30pm
• Friday 08:00am - 13:00pm

Salary & Benefits

• R10,000 - R12,500 per month (Based on desired experience)
• Incentives at management\'s discretion

Minimum Requirements

1. Beauty Certification OR previous experience in salon reception
2. Experience working in Reception in a client facing environment
3. Strong admin skills - meticulous
4. Computer confident including ESP Software for bookings & report systems
5. Able to work unsupervised

Skills & Experience

1. Mature and confident individual
2. Beautifully groomed & well presented, the face of the business
3. Experience operating the front desk of an Aesthetic Clinic, Day Spa or Salon
4. Knowledge & understanding of various aesthetic & beauty treatments / products and terminology
5. Exceptional guest/patient relations
6. Computer literate & skilled in booking software (ESP)
7. Social Media (Facebook / Canva etc.) & MS Office savvy
8. Able to communicate confidently and professionally on WhatsApp & E-mail
